About the UNOPS Internship
The internship is offered under UNOPS’s Water, Environment, and Climate (WEC) portfolio and supports the implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Uptake (MELU) framework. The MELU framework allows the ICAT Secretariat to evaluate project impacts and improve transparency strategies on a global scale.

Main Responsibilities
Selected interns will contribute to the following tasks:
- Collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data for the MELU framework
- Conducting background research on ICAT’s partner country activities
- Supporting the preparation of reports and communication materials
- Participating in team meetings and engaging with international partners and institutions
Eligibility Requirements
Educational Background:

Applicants must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in fields such as environmental studies, climate policy, data science, project management, or related disciplines.
Experience:

No previous work experience is required. However, prior involvement in research, report writing, or environmental data analysis is considered an advantage.
