Government of Ireland Scholarships are currently ongoing for international students in Ireland. In this article, we ara going to  discuss about the scholarship, its value, eligibility and application method. The Higher Education Authority (HEA) is pleased to launch the 2022 Call for the Government of Ireland Scholarship Program for International Education. Under the initiative, 60 scholarships will be provided for one-year studies at the Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral levels to successful candidates who have an offer of a place at an eligible Irish higher education institution.

 

Government of Ireland Scholarships – Qualified institutions for the 2023 call for applications

Scholarships will only be approved for programs leading to a higher education award that is included in the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) at Levels 8 to 10, which is awarded by one of the following awarding bodies:

  • Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI)
  • Technological universities and technology institutes with delegated authority to make awards
  • RCSI University of Medicine and Health Sciences
    Irish universities

The offer is open to students from non-EU/EEA countries and is applicable to all areas of study.

Successful students will receive:

  • A €10,000 scholarship for one year of study
  • Full exemption from tuition and other higher education institution registration costs
